When your trial ends, you'll need to add balance to your account to continue using the platform. If you don't add balance within 3 days, your account enters "restricted mode" where you can only access the payment page. Once you add balance, your account is instantly reactivated with all your data intact.

Click "Start Free Trial" on any plan, then visit an in-world BloggerSL terminal to verify your Second Life identity. You'll receive an access code via IM, enter it on the website, and complete your brand profile. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.

We only accept Linden Dollars (L$) - Second Life's virtual currency. This keeps everything simple and within the SL ecosystem. No credit cards, PayPal, or real-world payments needed.

You can pay using the Payment HUD (wear it and click to add balance) or via your in-world Dropbox. Both methods instantly add L$ to your brand balance. The system automatically deducts weekly subscription fees from your balance.

Yes! Your Dropbox can handle automatic payments. Touch your Dropbox in-world, grant DEBIT permission, and it will automatically pay your subscription before it expires. You choose how many weeks to pay at once. This ensures uninterrupted service.

You have a 3-day grace period after your subscription expires. During this time, you can still use the platform normally. After 3 days, your account enters "restricted mode" - you can only access the payment page. Add balance anytime to instantly reactivate your account with all data preserved.

Plans differ in: number of bloggers you can manage, product catalog size, team members (managers/co-creators), custom categories, and premium features like Blogger Pool access, VIP assignments, custom application questions, and live chat support. Higher plans unlock more capacity and advanced features.

Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately - you'll get access to new features and limits right away. Your remaining balance is proportionally converted to the new plan. Downgrades are scheduled for when your current subscription period ends, so you keep your current features until then.

Absolutely! There are no contracts or commitments. Simply stop adding balance and your subscription will naturally expire. Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you want to return. We don't do automatic renewals without your consent.

You place a Dropbox object in Second Life and load it with your products. When you assign a product to a blogger on the website, the Dropbox automatically delivers it to their inventory. No manual transfers needed - it's instant and tracked in real-time.

The Blogger Pool is a curated directory of active, verified bloggers on the platform. Available on Platinum plans and above, it lets you discover bloggers by their specializations, follower counts, and past work. You can send direct invitations to bloggers who match your brand style - perfect for growing your team.

You can set automatic deadlines (products must be blogged within X days), custom monthly deadlines (all posts due by a specific day each month), or no deadlines at all. Bloggers receive automatic reminders before deadlines. You can also give VIP bloggers bonus days.

Managers are team members who help run your brand - they can manage bloggers, products, and assignments but can't change billing or brand settings. Co-Creators are product creators who can add their own products to your catalog and have their own Dropbox. Both get separate logins.

Broadcast lets you send instant messages to all your bloggers at once - directly to their Second Life via the Dropbox. Perfect for announcing new releases, events, or important updates. All bloggers receive the message in their SL notifications.
