Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using BloggerSL, you agree to these Terms. BloggerSL is a blogger management platform for Second Life brands.
2. Service Description
We provide: blogger application management, automated product delivery via in-world dropbox, photo submission tracking, brand-blogger communication tools, and subscription-based access.
3. Account Requirements
You must be 18+, provide accurate Second Life info, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for account activities.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Plans in Linden Dollars: Silver L$499/week (25 bloggers), Gold L$699/week (45 bloggers), Platinum L$899/week (200 bloggers), Platinum+ L$1099/week (500 bloggers). Fees deducted weekly on Monday 00:00 UTC.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Do not: use Service illegally, harass users, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, violate SL Terms of Service, or resell the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
BloggerSL owns all platform content. Users retain ownership of uploads but grant us display license.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Not liable for downtime beyond our control.
8. Termination
We may suspend violating accounts. Users can cancel anytime via admin panel.
9. Liability Limitation
Service provided as is. Maximum liability: amount paid in last 30 days.
10. Terms Changes
We may update terms. Continued use means acceptance. Major changes notified via email or platform.
Privacy Policy
1. Data We Collect
Second Life info (avatar name, UUID), email (optional), profile data (bio, social links, images), usage data (logins, page views), payment info (transactions, balance).
2. Data Usage
To provide Service, process payments, send notifications, improve platform, communicate updates, ensure security.
3. Security Measures
SSL/TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, security audits, encrypted backups, access controls.
4. Data Sharing
We DO NOT sell data. Share with: Brand Admins (blogger profiles), Payment Processors (transactions), Legal (when required).
5. Cookies
Session cookies (essential), Google Analytics (anonymous), preference cookies (language). Can disable in browser.
6. Your Rights
Access, correct, delete, export your data. Opt-out of marketing. Contact: support@bloggersl.com
7. Third Parties
Integrations: Second Life, Paddle (payments), email services. Each has own privacy policy.
8. Age Requirement
Service for 18+ only. No data collection from minors.
9. Data Transfers
Data may be processed internationally with appropriate safeguards.
10. Policy Updates
May update periodically. Significant changes notified via platform or email.
Refund Policy
1. Balance System
Prepaid balance system: add funds, weekly fees auto-deducted.
2. Eligible Refunds
Technical issues (48+ hours downtime our fault), billing errors (wrong or duplicate charges), account closure (significant unused balance, at discretion).
3. Non-Refundable
Change of mind, unused features, third-party downtime (Second Life), Terms violations, partial weeks, voluntary cancellation with minimal balance.
4. Request Process
Email support@bloggersl.com within 14 days. Include: account details, reason, transaction IDs. Review: 7 business days.
5. Refund Methods
Balance credit, Linden Dollars to avatar, or original payment method. Processing: 5-10 business days.
6. Cancellation
Cancel anytime: Admin Panel, My Subscription. Plan active until balance depleted. No auto-renewals.
7. Downgrades
New rate from next Monday. Balance kept. Limits adjusted. No partial refunds.
8. Chargebacks
Chargebacks without contacting us first results in immediate suspension or ban. Contact us first!
9. Free Trial
Full access, no payment. Not refundable (it is free). Add balance before expiry to continue.
10. Disputes
Contact support@bloggersl.com. We resolve fairly and promptly.
